If
your web site is not available 99.5% of the time in
a given month (if downtime exceeds 3.5 hours), we will credit your next month's (or billing
period's) invoice for 1 FREE month of hosting service based on your current hosting package rates. Downtime is defined as our network
equipment or server being down.
We do not control the whole Internet, and so we cannot
guarantee your ability to access your site due to circumstances
beyond our control. This does not include scheduled
downtime.
In order to receive your web hosting service credit
you must:
- document your downtime - send us an email (support@deewebdesign.com), with the details of the downtime you are experiencing.
- have us verify downtime. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
Scheduled Downtime
is defined as any Dee Web Design scheduled interruption
of Services, for the purpose of network upgrades, or
replacement of any equipment in order to provide for
you better service. Scheduled downtime occurs during
notified downtime periods, with as much advance warning
as possible via e-mail with a minimum of 24 hours notice.
